"We love the 21C properties normally and stayed at this location in 2019. It was lovely, a great location in the middle of downtown Lexington, and close to shopping and restaurants. Sadly, the hotel feels worn now. Our first room had a toilet that was leaking on the floor, needing to be pulled and resealed. "Everything was nice. Only thing I didnt like was the rooms are weirdly shaped, so the TV was at an angle that made watching kind of odd, but nothing worth losing a star over. Had a small issue with the TV not wanting to connect, but the front counter helped us reset it and it worked like a charm. Super nice staff. Place overall was a nice stay, nothing that will blow your socks off, but definitely better than some others we've been to around the area."

"They’re Renovating the hotel.. I ended up with a fully renovated room and the price was good. It’s the not the fanciest hotel and the outside could use a touch up but the renovated room makes up for it. There’s a lot a Kroger walking distance."
