MODERN TREEHOUSE ON TOCCOA RIVER IN BEAUTIFUL BLUE RIDGE, GEORGIA

Built in 2023, RiverRock on Toccoa offers 720 sq feet of thoughtfully designed interior space and over 900 sq feet of outdoor deck space. Perched high in the trees on stilts, this modern treehouse boasts tons of natural light and gorgeous views of the Toccoa river and surrounding nature. Our place is perfect for couples, and it would be our pleasure to host you for a romantic getaway, relaxing retreat, or adventure basecamp.

The space
Brew your morning coffee and step out to the spacious front deck to watch the sun rise over the Toccoa River before you spend the day exploring all Blue Ridge has to offer, or simply lounging on the property in the hot tub or at the riverside firepit. Have a picnic down by the river and hang out on our expansive shoreline. In the warmer months, enjoy an outdoor shower by the waterfall, grill out and chill out on the deck, and stargaze after dark. Our quiet residential road is perfect for an evening stroll along the river.

Inside, you'll find everything you need to feel right at home - a bright and cozy atmosphere with indoor fireplaces (propane in living area, electric in bedroom) comfortable bedding, luxurious tile shower, board games, high speed internet and music streaming options. We have a full size, well stocked kitchen with coffee, teas and hot chocolate, oils, spices and kitchen tools. Coffee options include a Keurig, a standard coffee pot, and a french press. We have 3 smart TV's - in the living room, bedroom and on the hot tub deck, allowing you to sign into your streaming platforms to watch your favorite shows.

**Please note: We don’t allow infants or children under 6 years old. We have very tall decks, a lot of stairs and a spiral staircase where safety might be a concern for your little ones**

Other things to note
Our main driveway is paved but it is very steep with no turnaround at the top. If you are uncomfortable using it, there is ample parking on the riverside by the firepit/picnic area and you can access the house via the stairs - there are alot of them, but it's worth the climb :)
