"Horrendous. Oven was so dirty it couldn't be used. Room has one mug, one towel, one pillow - two of us staying. Dirty sponges left at the sink, clearly used multiple times. Bed was horrific, worst mattress I've ever slept on, very old, bed falling apart, not even a full size double. Husband and I are very average in size I had to try and sleep either end of the bed - didn't help due to the noise of other residents all night. Fridge not cleaned, food still in there from last person.Young men...

"The rooms are a good size there a multiple bathrooms ans toilets which is good 1 could do with a bit of work but overall there was a microwave in kitchen to warm your food and place was also lovely and warm and a sink in room was good. Nice location aswell near the shops especially if you want a takeaway and a big supermarket nearby also the transport networks are really good or go on foot 40 minutes walking but quite a nice town also has lots of history"

"Our first impression of this property was absolutely shocking. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property had been neglected for a very long time. The front entrance was dirty, the stairs were filthy, the kitchen was unhygienic, and the toilets were in an appalling condition. Everywhere we looked, there was dirt, grime, and a complete lack of cleanliness.
The room, kitchen, and bathrooms lacked even the most basic amenities. The walls were damp, the shower was broken, the wash...

"A nice room and good location for public transport into Southampton by Train or Bus.
Convenient Co-Op and choice of take away food shops.
I felt that some small changes would have raised my score, including:
Toilet Seat properly fixed.
Sufficient crockery and cutlery for 2 people, including glasses, desert spoons (there were none) dinner plates.
TV (there is an aerial socket)
Toaster
Small changes, make a big difference."

"ALERTA FRAUDE.

"It was terrifying! I booked one of my accomplished musicians to stay after our long late evening rehearsal. When we enter the room (no staff available of course ro even speak to), we found the room had bed laid already by strangers! Later, 3 drunk guys returned to my reservation room 9, sleeping on the bed and one drunk man was on the floor!"

Gracias
