"We booked as we were going to Maker Central at the NEC so very close and convenient. Liked to opportunity to have hotel with a pool too. Booked a family room and to be honest it was a little cramped once the sofa bed was pulled out but otherwise it was fine. The pool was fun the staff great as we managed to lock the locker wrong and she fixed it straight away. The buffet breakfast was great with lots of choice and everything hot and fresh. Would stay there again."

"We liked the rural location for the quiet, but it was only a few mins from the M42 so convenient for driving around Midlands. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Half Board Dining was very nice for breakfast and evening meal, with a good food selection. We didn't like the stairway to rooms 20-25 as this was quite steep and the stairs narrow; not good if you have mobility issues or if you have large suitcases. "Fantastic accommodation & service. We stayed in the cottage which had 2 double beds & a large shower room upstairs. Downstairs there was a large lounge with separate conservatory. A wonderful private garden with decking & sun loungers. We had breakfast & dinner in the hotel on both nights & the food was fantastic. The staff were equally wonderful & nothing was a problem for any of them. We were down for Crufts at the NEC & took a taxi which was about £20 each way. I would definitely...
