Sweetgrass Cottage

About this space
The Sweetgrass Cottage is quaint and well-equipped suite located within walking distance of downtown Big Timber.

The cottage includes free off-street parking right in front of the private entrance, a gas grill, fast Wi-Fi, A/C, and a washer/dryer (available by request), as well as many other items to help make your stay more enjoyable. Very peaceful and comfortable whether you are staying for a night or several months.
The space
The cottage includes a master bedroom/bathroom that features a queen bed and jacuzzi tub/shower combination. There is a sitting room that is home to both a couch and recliner (note: I have fast WIFI but no TV) not to mention an assortment of games. The kitchenette/dining room is stocked very nicely for an overnight or extended stay, with the kitchen having a small refrigerator, hot plate, microwave, toaster, Keurig, single-serve coffee maker, blender, all the basic pots pans and utensils.

While the cottage is ideally suited to couples, there is a couch and recliner that could easily sleep small children as long as everyone is clear that the one bathroom is accessible only via the master bedroom.

Guests have complete access to their 100% private suite, plus access to the backyard propane grill.

The Sweetgrass Cottage is always stocked with: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, coffee, sweeteners, creamers, cooking oil, salt, pepper, etc.

We will gladly offer a discount for monthly and weekly stays during certain times of year. Once monthly cleaning is available for those staying 30 days or longer.

Again, you will access the cottage via your own private entrance using personalized keypad entry, and will have full access to the entire suite, but the cottage is attached to part of the main home, and while the cottage is fully private you do share a wall.

Guest access
The cottage includes free off-street parking right in front of the private entrance. The parking area is gravel, but guests will NOT need to climb stairs to access the cottage.
