"Estuvimos con unos amigos en una epoca un poco fria, pero se hacia insoportable estar en un espacio en comun ya que no habia calefaccion y apenas nos ofrecieron un caloventor por habitacion. El restaurante estaba oscuro, falto de toda decoracion, con ventanas cerradas... y a pesar de que la atencion de los mozos y cocineros fue muy bueno ( lo mejor diria), se hacia dificil estar en ese lugar desayunando o cenando. Recibimos el 2014 en ese hotel..... y tuvimos que ponerle mucho entusiasmo."

From greeting me with Chai when i first checked in, to lending me heaters and adapters to charge my electronics, giving me print outs for major site and events to caring when i got lost one night and was late to return to the hotel. As a woman traveling alone in India the staff at Brinjal Hotel in Haridraw stood out as one of the friendliest, most helpful and caring hotels in a month of hotels on India. I highly recommend them!"

"Initially we got lost while following Google maps. We had to Google hotel phone number even though we had booked through Expedia.
We had purchased breakfast package. Choices were too many and food was good.
One negative experience was the frontdesk folks want us to have them call taxi so they get some percent.
Otherwise stay was good."
