"Average"

"It’s a good place to stay. Staffs are friendly. Food is available on site. It’s little far from Har ki Pauri but auto rickshaw is available even at 5 AM in morning. "

"The property is undoubtedly one of the best properties of Haridwar and our stay at this property was really awesome and a memorable one. The property is situated at a very good location and the local commute is available right in front of the hotel. The check-in process was really smooth and effortless. The food was really delicious and sumptuous. The room and washroom were really clean and the interiors of the room was immaculate and rooms are well appointed and really spacious. The soft skills...

"A good place to stay, very friendly & helpful staff"

"Not satisfactory."

"Everything was good "

"Honestly, its one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. When we arrived, there was no toilet roll and towels. When we requested towels it took 7 hours to come ,even after so many attempts of asking. The staff were rude and unhelpful. The toilet itself was dripping water the whole night. Do not stay here. There are better hotels out there. Worst place ever and ive been travelling all over Asia, including India. The website is misleading as they do not show any pictures of the bathroom, and the...

"Excelentes condiciones en el servicio y comodidad en habitación. Detalles únicos en mi primera estadía en Haridwar."

"Varun is super helpful and knows how to make your stay as easy as possible. Excellent food available. We had a great stay with family and friends."

"Amazing hospitality , neat & clean rooms with all the amenities."

"I booked this hotel for my parents who are senior citizens, their overall stay was okay, however we faced below issues: 1. They were initially given smaller room which then they have to change at extra cost.. looks like there are different rooms advertised as deluxe.. this was our third stay and samething happened twice. So expedia should advertise it with more info from the hotel. 2. Room basic amenities were missing and my parents have to request it everytime. 3. One of the major issue they...

"Very Disappointing Experience I booked this hotel specifically for an AC room, and the booking clearly showed that the room included AC. However, after arriving, the hotel manager refused to provide the AC room/service and did not give any proper explanation. When I asked what I was supposed to do after booking and paying for an AC room, the manager simply refused to help and even made an unprofessional remark along the lines of “itne paise mein AC kahan se milega?” This is completely...

"It was okay for a 1 day stay. However the bathrooms and bedsheets can be improved overall. The family rooms were good accommodated 4 adults. As such no complains. Food was decent."
