"Phenomenal stay. Only downside is that they should mention that the courtyard is not a garden but the reception welcome area. The rooms we booked overlooked the courtyard which was stunning but the staff laughing loudly in the middle of the night and talking loudly is really disappointing and disturbing "

"First stay in this hotel and was very accommodating. Perfect neighborhood to be in. The hotel gave an upgraded room at no charge however I paid Rs. 600 for 2 extra people. It would be nice to get a roll away bed or sth though. However, not bad. The staff was accommodating to our request of late check in as well. Nice experience"

"Good hotel in a convenient location. However, be prepared for a lot of noise, especially is your room heads to the main road. But being so close to the train and bus stations is a clear advantage. Staff was nice, room was ok. Wifi worked erratically."

"I booked the place for my parents, they were very happy from the services provided by their staff. They are very professional, friendly and do look after their customers. Food was delicious too as Breakfast and either lunch or dinner were included in the price. Definitely worth staying there and would love to go back there whenever visiting Haridwar "
