"Front desk and front door staff are extremely nice and accommodating. Rooms are classic for the era the hotel was built. French bakery attached to lobby was excellent and the coupons supplied by the hotel essentially cover the cost and a pastry with coffee. Hotel location is pleasant and convenient. I would definitely stay at Hotel Belleclaire again!"

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned.
Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."

"This property was good because it’s in the heart of Manhattan and we were in NYC for 30 hours. Perfect for your one night pit stop. I wouldn’t recommend it for over two nights. Some rooms like ours are part of a 2-door entry to get to your room. Tight corners make maneuvering luggage a pain."

"I stayed 3 nights at the Artezen and really enjoyed it. The room was really nice and clean. What really stood out for me were the beautiful linens by Frette (slippers too!), which I thought was a very elegant touch. The staff is delightfully young and friendly. Also very helpful when I asked for an iron … ironing board and iron sent to the room immediately. Also, I had a VIP voucher to use at the rooftop bar, but as it was closed on Sunday night and memorial day Monday night, I couldn’t use it....
