The rooms were very clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the hosts were very responsive. The fenced backyard was perfect for our small dog, and we enjoyed all of the amenities- especially the hot tub, grill, and infinity game table. The location was great. We liked the proximity to the greenway. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Clean and well kept. Loved it for 4 friends on a mountain bike vacation. Check out pedaler’s pub for pizza and Wrights BBQ. Evenings was an easy and fun bike ride into town. Zach is great manager. Will rent the same place next time with my family.

We have stayed in several properties in the area and Cozy Oz is at the top. The space in the house is perfect for staying and entertaining. The attention to detail really makes it stand out. We will definitely try to stay again next time we are in NW AR!

We had a fabulous stay at The COZY OZ! The hosts Zach and Kim have thought of everything! From the moment we walked in we were welcomed with a personalized note and crumble cookies! The house is spacious and has full supply of dishes, pots and pans, utensils and even storage containers. There’s a Traeger grill/smoker that was so easy to use. Each bedroom has the most comfortable beds and we each had our own nightstand. The game room is extra fun and they have a closet full of board games in the hall. There was enough room to store multiple bikes and a toddler bike trailer in there as well. The house is just off the Razorback Greenway which made it so nice to get to several areas including The Momentary, downtown Bentonville and my favorite Slaughter Pen, just to name a few. The fenced in back yard was great for our dogs and relaxing in the hot tub was relaxing at the end of our busy day.The hosts responded quickly with any questions I had and there’s a digital guide book which gives all info needed about the house and recommendations on activities and restaurants around town. The only thing I would change would be to have access to it a few days prior to our stay to help plan our itinerary. I hope to stay here again on future visits and will definitely tell my friends about this place!! Thanks COZY OZ for providing such a wonderful place for us to unwind and relax after our busy days in Bentonville.

My husband and I just needed to get away for a couple of days and this place was a perfect choice. They seriously thought of everything here and I don't think there was anything we were lacking. The backyard was so nice and secluded, it didn't really feel like we were in town at all. Communication from the hosts was great and they checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. And I usually don't pay much attention to the decor where we stay but I really loved how the living room and bedrooms were done. We plan to stay here again when we come up to NWA!

Check-in was super easy—we knew exactly what to do when we arrived. From the moment we walked in, we began noticing the exceptionally clean & stylish furnishings in OZ... a music-themed Master bedroom, unique light fixtures & large artsy murals on the walls to name a few. After being struck by the aesthetic, we began discovering that these hosts know exactly how to provide everything guests would need! Add to this the fact that the hosts communicated promptly and made realistic requests for check out. Our group concurred that this was a 5-star stay.

Would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone visiting Bentonville. Great communication with host. Clean, great location, very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms and kitchen. Hot water never runs out! Total of 8 adults in house found house very pleasant. Will definitely stay there again.

Our stay at The Cozy Oz was absolutely incredible! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the attention to detail, warm atmosphere, and welcoming vibe of the home. It’s stylish, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated with cozy touches that make it feel both modern and homey. The art was astounding in every room. The location was perfect—tucked away enough to feel peaceful, but just minutes from all the amazing things Bentonville has to offer: bike trails, Crystal Bridges, great local restaurants, and more. We especially loved the outdoor seating area and how quiet and serene the neighborhood was. Every amenity we could’ve needed was provided, and the host was phenomenal—friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. We could tell a lot of love and care went into this home, and it made such a difference. We can’t wait to come back. The Cozy Oz is now our go-to spot whenever we’re in Bentonville. Highly, highly recommend!

Location and Luxury

The house is just as described. With access right off the Razorback Greenway it is easy to walk/back to all the main attractions Bentonville has to offer. Relaxing in the hot tub after a day in the town is a great way to end every night! Hosts are great communicators and make you feel truly welcomed when you arrive.

Beautifully appointed home.

This house is clean, freshly renovated and decorated, with ample room for our family of 4 for a week. Our 2 small dogs loved the backyard and we all loved the large sparkling hot tub. Everything functioned nicely. Lots of towels and extra blankets! This home just had something for everyone: games, TV's, books, local info, and comfortable beds and furniture.Hosts were great with responding and also great about staying out of our hair. We celebrated a holiday dinner with 10 guests for the evening. The table and kitchen wares were everything we needed for lots of cooking, setting the table, seating and room for everyone to gather and meet around the house.

Awesome stay - highly recommend

The COZY OZ has it all. Hosts Zach and Kim went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable and easy. We were welcomed with Crumbl cookies, a nice note, and even a treat for our pup! The hosts checked on us a couple of times during our stay, offering suggestions of local events and places to visit. The home is just as described - maybe even better! The whole home is comfortable and filled with nice touches and amenities. We especially loved the selection of coffees to choose from in the morning. There are even amenities for your dog - a bed, leash, bowls, and dog towel. The backyard is great for relaxing in the morning or evenings, with comfortable patio furniture and a fire pit. We didn't use the hot tub but wish we'd had time to. For cyclists, there are a few bike racks and a maintenance stand we used to wash off our bikes after hitting the trails. 11/10, would stay again!

An Amazing Stay!

Our stay at The COZY OZ felt like a luxury boutique hotel. The hosts went above and beyond—bath robes in all the rooms, a surplus of towels, complementary Crumbl cookies, and excellent decor throughout. Not to mention other amenities such as full access to the house (including the hot tub and iPads) which made our stay feel even more elevated. We highly recommend The COZY OZ—it’s easily one of our favorite stays ever!

5 Star stay

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. We travel with our dog and so we typically stay at VRBO’s and I can honestly say that this one was the most well equipped home! Kim and Zach went above and beyond with the amenities and thought of every detail we could need both at the home and also touring the city. They have wonderful recommendations for restaurants and activities in and around the city. I will be recommending this place to our friends and family and hope to bring our kids back here the next time!

Great family week

This was our favorite VRBO ever. It was super clean, had lots of thoughtful touches and the layout was perfect for our family of four. The location is central to the area and easy to get to. We loved all the personal recommendations. Easy check in and check out, great communication throughout. Zero complaints, would definitely stay here again!

This may be the nicest VRBO experience yet. Seriously! Everything about this stay was perfect. The house is beautifully appointed and there are so many additional touches that make this VRBO so comfortable. The house is close to everything you want to visit in Bentonville and Rogers. The property managers are incredibly helpful and responsive. I can’t say enough nice things about our stay.

BOOK THIS PLACE!

Super amazing place! Our favorite thing about this home is how many gathering areas for conversation there are: living room, dining area, game room, and the outdoor area (backyard is pretty spacious). All three bedrooms have king beds, which is super nice, and the sofa in the game room pulls out into a bed. We didn’t cook while there so I can’t say much about the kitchen other than it was clean and seemed well-stocked. And as avid coffee drinkers, our family loved the Onyx coffee bar! The location of the home is convenient to downtown and the amazing NWA trail system. The owners communicated with us in a timely and efficient way, which we highly value. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we will book this spot again when we’re in Bentonville!
