This stunning 6 bedroom, 6.5 bath home, features a breathtaking front row seat to the Woodlands Golf Course from nearly every room in the house, and one of the premier outdoor living spaces in Sunriver. The large partially covered upper deck showcases a TV, built-in grill, Pizza oven, and leads into a game room with shuffleboard and a pool table. Beautiful folding wood doors open-up the entire space for an indoor-outdoor living experience, with outdoor dining and a private hot tub. In the main great room, floor-to-ceiling windows highlight incredible views of the golf course. The large open layout combining the living room, kitchen and dining room, are the ideal gathering area for meals, games and just relaxing. The kitchen is set up with double dishwashers, double ovens and a large pantry, perfect to prepare a quick snack or gourmet meal.
On the main level of the home you will find one King ensuite with large spacious bathroom, soaking tub, and gas fireplace. Additionally, another King ensuite bedroom with murphy bed that is located in the game room. If you love ping pong, you are in luck with the table in the garage. Four additional bedrooms and 4 bathrooms are located downstairs and offer many options for guests - all with Golf Course Views! There is a King ensuite, Queen bedroom, and a bunk room that offers two twin bunks and a pyramid bunk. The 6th bedroom is actually set up as a mini-apartment with private king bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower, additional living area, kitchen, gas fireplace and 2 TVs. This apartment suite also has access to the golf-course facing patio and lawn area. • Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 5 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure, with the standard check-out time set for 10:30am. (Please note during the Peak Summer/Holiday seasons we will not typically have an early arrival or late departure option available. However, our staff does keep us informed for property readiness and we will proactively reach out with early arrival availability during these seasons.)
Sunriver, is known as a "resort town" in Central Oregon and is regularly referred to as "Sunriver resort". However this term refers to the community of properties in the Sunriver region located in Sunriver proper, the town. The company "Sunriver Resort" is a separate entity, and our properties are not connected to, nor a part of the company.
Our properties are located in Sunriver resort proper and all homes offer SHARC passes for the water park, tennis/pickleball courts, and boat launch. We also offer bikes for the over 35+ miles of paved paths, and our homes feature amazing amenities. We're happy to advise on fun Things to Do in the region too, like river floats, white water rafting, or horseback rides!
The Neighborhood:
Sunriver, Oregon is the Pacific Northwest's premier recreational and vacation destination since 1968, located about fifteen miles south of Bend in Central Oregon on the eastern side of the Deschutes River at the base of the Cascade Range, offering up to 300 days of sunshine each year! All of our Sunriver homes offer touring bikes for our guests to enjoy the 35+ miles of paved biking and walking paths. Relax and spend a day on the several golf courses and two of our homes reside on the Woodlands course. Enjoy SHARC passes (open year round) with every home for the local aquatics and recreation center, 20+ tennis/pickleball courts, and disc golf. Mt Bachelor and Bend are located only 30 minutes aware for trips to mountain experiences year round, or shopping and brew tours! There's something for everyone in Sunriver, Oregon from amazing amenities provided in our homes to fun things to see and do throughout the Central Oregon area.

Interaction with Guests:
Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date (keyless entry). We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check with no need to stop in at a local office. We do typically check in with guests by text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions/inquiries. We are available to guests 24/7, including our afterhours emergency service.
