"The hotel was in the process of being renovated during my stay but otherwise, the staff was polite and attentive and my room was very clean. My only complaint is that my room did not contain a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Beyond that, a great place to stay if you have business in Watertown."

"This place is disgusting. There is brown liquid literally dripping down the walls in the lobby. Elevator was out of service, it reeked of cigarettes and marijuana, the room was filthy and had stains on the comforter and looked like someone had been laying on it, there was black hair all over the bathroom, rust, and dirt. There were also very sketchy people clearly living in the hotel. We left immediately and were denied a refund."

"The owner and his sister could not have been nicer, the property is newly renovated, immaculate with great views of fun Tavern style bar and a great restaurant. Highly recommend it."

Love their pillows and bed! Wish I could buy those comfy pillows LOL One bad thing our room was facing the I-81 so we could hear the big trucks and traffic which sucked"
