We were only able to book our rooms through Hotels.com & there wasnt availability when checked directly with the hotel. Wonderful check in staff and kitchen hostess. Difficulty in adjusting heat. After telling staff they said an app needs to be used to bypass a pre-programmed setting. I guess we should’ve called the front desk that evening when we were struggling instead of letting them know at checkout.
