"Overall, our stay at The Landings at Tres Cocos was a 10/10! We loved every part of it. Brittany and Mike were incredibly helpful throughout the entire trip. They helped with booking our golf carts and excursions and it was so easy for us to go with the flow. Location is perfect with a coffee shop and supermarket right there. Coco Locos is near the property, too- awesome drinks, food, people, swim up bar, etc… We highly recommend our stay and can’t wait to come back! "

"The 3 bedroom condo was very spacious and comfortable for the 3 couples. All the appliances were good quality and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils needed for cooking, opening bottles, etc. "

We used the pool, grill, the hammocks, the long dock for fishing, etcThe caretakers of the property were so helpful and very friendly. They helped make sure we enjoyed our stay and with anything we needed. The property manager helped coordinate our transfers to/from airport and golf carts. She answered our questions and communicated extremely well throughout...

"This is not a 10 out of 10 in its current state. The photo leads you to believe there is a usable pool just out your door with a sandy beach just beyond. The reality is that there is a massive construction project just feet away. The workers are there 24/7 living, cooking, doing laundry, hanging out on the dock in front of the condo and making it impossible to use the pool which is covered in construction dust beside the fact I do not want a minimum of 10 pairs of eyes watching me in my bathing...

"We did enjoy our stay. Overall the resort is great! Staff are amazing. We rented a golf cart and didn't mind the drive into San Pedro despite the rough patches and potholes in the roads. We just considered it part of the adventure. We just had a few issues within the unit. We had to have housekeeping help with padding the mattress. It is very hard and has no cushion left. My husband actually slept on a patio chair cushion on top of the mattress. Even with the padding provided (a 2nd mattress pad...

"Beautiful, clean, everything was as stated:) beds were comfortable, it was quiet. Esther was amazing helped coordinate everything we needed. Went on a snorkeling tour and they picked us up right at our dock. Recommend you stop and say hi to Robin at Stax for drinks and dinner across the road we had a great time there!!"
