"The room was mediocre, uncomfortable bed, they only gave us 2 towels for the tow of as. No towels for your hands. For an 110€+ per night hotel I would expect to have the white slippers which they normally put them in the room. We had the spa included, but you had to pay extra for the bathrobe. I won’t recommend it "

"As others mention, the property itself could do with some renovation which means it doesn't feel perfectly clean and modern. "I had a great stay at B1 City Hotel in Sofia. The room was excellent—comfortable, well maintained, and always spotlessly clean. Housekeeping did a great job throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was a real highlight: plenty of variety, fresh options, and everything was delicious. Overall, a very pleasant experience and great value. I’d definitely stay here again."
