"Single room for 1 night, a bit cosy but the price was unbeatable. Quiet, clean, comfy bed, good shower amenities, easy parking, polite staff, good wifi. Only improvement I can suggest is to put a darker curtain as quite a bit of light goes through during summer."

"An old-fashioned hotel in an old building but there's nothing wrong with that - it has character, unlike a lot of modern anodyne ones. Service was exceptional: accommodating and friendly. It is located dead in the centre of the old town and is ideally placed for exploring it (and for staggering back from the pubs!). It also has a well regarded Thai restaurant on the ground floor, so no need to go far if you don't want to. There is free parking at the back. I would certainly stay again if I was...

"Hotel is on the UEA campus. There is a shop to buy food if need be. You can use the bar if needed. Very clean and comfortable.. Quiet as well."

"Excellent first rate property, room was perfect facing the quiet garden area. We sat out on the balcony and had coffee and tea in the morning. The night before had a swim and enjoyed the sauna, steam room and pool. Later had a wonderful meal in the ring room. If we’re in the region again, we’ll definitely stay, and hopefully for a little longer!"
