Italian Palace was clean and spacious. Amazing shower. Breakfast was delicious and very handy. Staff easily contactable and very helpful. Would love to come back.

Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean room in a charming location. Chilled water and fresh milk were in our room along with tea and coffee making bits, as well as some complimentary biscuits from the coffee shop downstairs. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was to die for and rarely have we stayed anywhere nicer. The pre-stay communication was excellent, and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. 100% recommend and we will be back!

A really lovely hotel in a quiet village outside Norwich City. The hotel was Easy to find and communication from the hotel in the days prior to my booking were clear and easy to understand. I stayed in the Africa room - The bed was big and comfortable with both freestanding bath and separate shower. I popped over to the pub over the road for my evening meal and enjoyed a delicious sausage roll and coffee from the bakery located within the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. Breakfast was lovely, huge croissants. Honestly can’t fault anything. I’d definitely recommend and would love to stay again, I want to try one of the other rooms as they’re all themed differently.

The room was perfect for the occasion. Came here one night to visit the North Norfolk and give some quality time to my wife who was celebrating her birthday. Room was clean and had great quality beds, furnitures and facilities. The staff has helped me with all the information needed to have a great stay. I would surely recommend it.

Lovely quirky room (Africa). Stayed with two dogs who each had beds, bowls and treats provided.. lovely bakery for breakfast where you could choose your breakfast items. Everyone very friendly and great pub (kings arms) opposite for evening food and drink. Perfect place

Lovely old building and themed rooms. We were allocated the China room as we told the hotel ahead of time we were celebrating our Sapphire wedding anniversary so it was lovely that it was all blue. My only criticism was that in hindsight, it was a very expensive hotel with no reception, no spa (we booked into the orange grove for treatments but assumed it was a proper spa with swimming pool only to find it was just rooms adjacent to the hotel.) £210 per night was a tad over the top just for a room and take away breakfast. Breakfast was a selection from the bakers within the hotel where we were able to choose 1 sweet, 1 savoury, one piece of fruit and a drink… however, the savoury dishes were not delivered until 10am so well past our breakfast time. We were however able to eat it outside in the sunshine at tables provided. I think the setting was lovely but we could have got far more for our money elsewhere

The room was lovely but as a solo traveller it was not ideal as the venue is unmanned so I did not feel 100% safe. There is not amenities so if you want to be left alone it is brilliant. The parking at the front is fine as long as you leave by 9.30am which worked for me.
