"This hotel is next to an event space that played extremely loud music all night way into the morning. I was unable to get any rest. I checked out in the middle of the night. As I was checking out I was told that I could not be refunded for my stay. I stated that I was not trying to get a refund I just wanted to check out. I was not offered any type of discount and no apology. I feel like the situation could have been handled differently. I wouldn’t stay here again. "

Our roomkey said breakfast was served at 6:30 am which we had planned in but when we went down the doors closed and a woman came out and said it's nit ready yet and would be at 7am. "I recently stayed at this Baymont for 3 days, and overall I had a really good experience. It is a new management as much as i can tell. The place feels fresh, even the paint still smells new in all areas. The old reviews should not be a factor to book this inn. They should actually put a display somewhere online to let people know it is newly renovated and completely redone. My room was clean and comfortable, and the service was solid throughout my stay.
