"This rental was excellent, The photos correct. The only problem we found was that is was a half hour walk to the harbour and downtown but that was our own fault- it was listed as being in North Halifax. It was close to some nice pubs and a large grocery store."

"The location is perfect for being close to Boardwalk. Kitchen great- appliances. Close to grocery store. Mold in corner of tub and superficial breaks in the lining of the tub. Very dim living room area— only 2 of 7 working bulbs in very high ceiling."

"It's a quaint little unit and clean. Bathroom is actually just outside the unit and down the hall but it was a lrovate one just for us. The location is excelent but it was very loud. The street action just below our window went on until 3am both nights. Bring good ear plugs or you won't be sleeping much."

"Conveniently located in the South End of downtown Halifax, this VRBO is in an amazing location. It’s a short walk to the waterfront, great restaurants, Queen’s Marque, and the Public Gardens. "The place was amazing, a hidden gem. Having the luxury of free overnight parking was priceless. From the truck to the spot was mere feet to the back deck. The location is ideal for business travel and alike. This place brings you back to the old Victorian design with excellent natural light and high ceilings. "Clean. Very well equipped and nicely decorated. New upscale appliances. The Queen size mattress was very comfortable. The bathroom was modern, bright, and wonderful. Fantastic downtown location just minutes walk to shops, pubs, dining, beach board walk. We could see the water from our 5th floor window. My wife said “perfect location” Classy condo building. Responsive host. There is new building construction next door. 7 am to 5 pm. I mention that as a fact …but the sound from the site was NOT...

"The new 1-bedroom suite at Clyde House was like a home away from home; it has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. The suite is quiet, never heard any noise from neighbouring suites. Location is great, close to transit, the Halifax Harbour boardwalk, shopping, and many restaurants that offer takeout. Liked that they encouraged recycling, the suite has container for organics as well as specific bins for paper & plastics. This my third trip to Halifax and I plan to return next year and...

"Nice apartment and close to Halifax waterfront. Washer and dryer was nice to have access to given we were at the mid point of our stay. Parking was a plus and easy to coordinator with owner prior to arrival. While the kitchen and bathroom were clean, I gave a lower cleanliness rating due to multiple long black hairs on the fitted white sheet which made me question if the bed had been cleaned prior to our arrival and the sofa was covered in short white pet hair.
