Summary:
Newly listed 3 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo in the exclusive Fishery. Stunning garden and pool views from this first floor condo. Brand new furnishings decorate the bedrooms, dining and livings areas. Private balconies from each bedroom and living space where you can listen to the ocean waves. Just steps from beach access and The Fishery inground heated outdoor pool.
The Fishery a one-of-a-kind oceanfront property with private beach access, an oceanfront outdoor pool, and beautifully landscaped gardens. It is conveniently located right after crossing the Causeway to avoid the heavy weekend traffic. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, ice cream, and mini golf. Stroll in the morning to one of the delicious coffee shops close by. Because of the proximity to the Causeway, you will have access to dining and shopping year-round.
Unit has a suite with king bed and private bath, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with a full bed. Each bedroom has sliding doors that open to a balcony. The living area contains a sofa that converts to a queen bed for added sleeping and a smart TV. Dining area sits 8.
Club house with game room, 8 beach tags and linens included. Outdoor shower by beach access.

Guest Access:
All guests require key codes to enter the parking lot, building, and unit for optimal security.

The Neighborhood:
Private gated community with heated outdoor pool, private beach access with outdoor shower, walkways, lush landscaping, and clubhouse with ping pong. Convenience of two assigned parking spaces.

Getting Around:
Walkable to restaurants, shopping, mini golf. Enjoy beachcombing, surfing, and kite flying steps from the home. Local access to boating, jet skiing, and fishing on the Bay from the Boatyard at the foot of the Causeway or from other local facilities. In season the LBI shuttle runs all 18 miles of the island so you can enjoy the attractions of Fantasy Island, Bay Village, and other fabulous entertainment, activities, and dining LBI has to offer if you prefer not to drive.

My family and I had a really nice, relaxing vacation in this condo at the fishery condominiums. It was great that it had a private beach and heated pool with a lifeguard. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony right off of the living room/kitchen area. Also, there were beach chairs and pool/beach badges provided. It was a safe location that had many places to walk to such as restaurants or shops. The host was very responsive and answered all my questions with no hesitation.

Beautiful condo

We enjoyed our 7 day stay at The Fishery. Great location, ample space for 4-5 to stay comfortably. Kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. All questions answered promptly and check in and out were easy.

Had an absolutely wonderful week at this fantastic property. Exceeded expectations. The place was neat/clean and very comfortable for a family. Everything was smooth - any issues were taken care of immediately - was contacted by the host through the trip to see if we needed anything. We will be going back in the future!

Fantastic Family Vacation

We highly recommend this property and host. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and had plenty of room. The location is amazing ... easy walk to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We look forward to our next visit!
