"Very dated, cramped room."

"The desk chair (the only chair in the room) was old, squeaky and dirty. The elevator I used to access our room on the 4th floor had a problem. When pushing the button for the 4th floor, I had to push it repeatedly over and over for about 30 to 45 seconds before it would light up and begin ascending."

"Pleased with the room. The location was great because you can walk to WALGREENS if needed or go across the street to Walmart. I found this location ideal for easy access to the places a traveler might need in a pinch."

"The staff was very courteous, its a new hotel so my room was new, I would give it 5 stars but the only problem was the bed is too firm and I had to sleep on the pull-out couch which was more comfortable. "

"Not really any staff for the rooms, clean, no tv in the bedroom, didn’t really see staff til the second day, when someone randomly walk in our room, didn’t knock or anything, kept getting text about an odor in the hallway, but didn’t smell anything. The food from the restaurant was good. Our patio was right above the smoking area outside so when we opened it up, cigarette smells came in really bad. Overall was and ok stay, just ok."

"There’s not a hot tub at this property which I’m very upset about because that was the main reason for choosing this hotel. My room wasn’t properly cleaned and i had to go behind and clean the fridge and microwave. Was told i would be refunded for breakfast because the staff has not been showing up but that didn’t happen. On a good note the staff was very personable and caring. "

"This place is HORRIBLE. SO DIRTY !!!! This place needs to be burnt down. This was the WORSE hotel stay I ever had. I had to clean my own room, It was old blown up balloons under the bed. The shower didn't work and they wouldn't give us any lien. DO NOT STAY HERE !!!"

"Room was clean and well equipped. Unhappy that there were not enough carts to aid in unpacking and going to the 2nd floor. Also, on checkout day the ONLY elevator was not in operation, and we had to walk down steps with our belongings. My husband is 80yo and I am handicapped. It was extremely unpleasant departure!!!"

"We had them come up and look at the cords hanging from the AC, he got it working. Always had to ask for cups. No hot tub but the pool was great. Breakfast got a little boring but we were there for 6 days. The staff was very nice. We really liked Tiffany."
