Please be aware that this property only has free street parking and driveway parking is not possible as the gates will be locked. This house is also on one of the main roads in and out of Bathurst and can have road noise.
Please note that there are 2-3 steps going from the alfresco area to the backyard. There is also 1 small step onto the front verandah and another small step at the front door.

Located close to the city and around the corner from Harris Market.The home is very neat and tidy with plenty of space and comforts.Kitchen is well kitted out, and modern.It’s a very nice home away from home and I’d recommend it to anyone traveling to Bathurst.Thank you.
