The large backyard and patio are ideal for relaxing outdoors, featuring a fully functional BBQ and new outdoor sofa set, while inside there’s a foosball table and board games for all ages. Just five minutes from Bathurst CBD and Mount Panorama,



The Space:

At the heart of the house, the airy open plan kitchen, dining, and living area invites you to enjoy slow mornings and long lunches. The kitchen comes fully equipped for any meal you wish to prepare and flows into a second living area, giving groups space to spread out.



In the cooler months, the home stays warm with ducted heating, and when the weather warms up, ducted cooling keeps the entire house comfortable. Whether you’re cooking, lounging in the living room, or unwinding in the bedrooms, everything is set up for an easy, relaxed stay. When the sun’s out, the spacious back patio is perfect for a quiet cuppa or an afternoon drink while the kids stretch their legs in the fully fenced backyard.



The home is designed with comfort and convenience in mind, offering fast Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, a full laundry, ceiling fans, and a treadmill for those who want to keep active during their stay. The property is set in a quiet residential pocket, just a few minutes from cafés, parks, and the main shopping precinct. Take a drive up Mount Panorama, explore the local markets, or visit the museums and wineries that make Bathurst such a great mix of history, motorsport, and laid-back country living.



Getting Around:

The property is easy to reach and only a few minutes’ drive from the centre of Bathurst. You’ll receive the exact address and check-in instructions the day before arrival. Parking is available in the driveway and there’s plenty of space on the street. For guests arriving by train, Bathurst Station is just a short drive or quick taxi ride away

Què no li ha agradat: Neteja
Host was attentive and yard was very well maintained. Good size and location.However the cleanliness of the property left us feeling unsettled. Hair and nails clippings in beds, bathrooms unclean with mould and on floors. No top sheets on the beds and master bed was uncomfortable and made noise everyone you rolled over. Cutlery was dirty in the drawers and no dishwasher balls. Plus windows wouldn’t open so had to run the air con.Bit disappointed.
