"We had a fantastic stay. The room we stayed in was spacious with all the amenities needed and had the necessary air con when temperatures were excessively high. The breakfast was excellent and set is up for the day. There were complimentary snacks, pastries, fruit, tea and coffee available throughout the day. "At check in, Eduardo was super welcoming and accommodating. He made us feel at ease in a foreign country. The housekeeper was a doll. She approached us about our room to let us know it was ready and was so sweet. We had a great conversation with her about her background and her love of Italy. The place itself was impeccable. They thought of everything. The room we had was clean and gorgeous. If this could be my home I would definitely live here! "

"El hotel está muy bien ubicado, caminando tienes todo cerca, las habitaciones muy bonitas y amplias, estuvimos con vista al río y las vistas desde ahí son muy bonitas, el Servicio en general del hotel está excelente, muy recomendable. Tiene restaurante a nivel del río, pero creo que Le falta una terraza (bar o restaurante) para que la experiencia sea mejor. "

"The BOB W apartment by the Ponte Vecchio bridge was a 10/10! Best location with a 1-minute walk to the bridge, a grocery store, lots of restaurants, bakeries, gelato and shopping! Our family of three stayed here in the middle of our two week trip in Italy, since we wanted the fully-equipped kitchen and the washer. (They also had a drying rack). The apartment is roomy, very nicely renovated, and with comfortable beds. Loved the security and great directions on how to get in. The response time was...

"I've stayed at a lot of hotels, and am in love with this one. It's a beautiful palace, which made it one of the more unique hotel stays we've ever had. The breakfast room was beautiful, as was the view from there. And the staff were all so kind and amenable. Highly recommend this place!"
