"This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in great rooms over the years but this had everything including bath in the bedroom, walk in wardrobe with Peleton well stocked bar. We ate Dinner at the hotel and had done previously. "Amazing experience! I guess it’s the first time that actually the hotel photos make justice to the real thing. I would definitely return in my next visit to Manchester. The only thing that need to level up is the variety and a quality of the breakfast menu."

"Lovely Clean spacious room great for a lovely weekend away. The room did feel a bit dark (I think that's mainly because we were opposite the car park) did not bother us as it was a short trip ! "

Room is clean; aircon is cool; window able to open for ventilation; fast WiFi; hot shower pressure is stong; toiletries are tamper proof and smells nice; location is near Manchester Piccadilly station; cleaning is well done everyday (remember to hang the cleaning sign on your door before you leave the room); extra towels are available under the sink cabinet. "Considering the location, the room was really quiet which was amazing. Didn't sit in the lounge area but it looked really chill. Appreciated the security at night. Room was clean, TV options weren't great as most of the channels had no signal tea and coffee were minimal. However, it's worth it for the price, location and other amenities."

"The location right next to the train station was perfect after a long journey. The luggage storage was also very handy, secure and easy to use. They even had a weigh scale available for luggage which was extremely helpful before catching our next flight. "
