"This was probably one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed at. The staff coordinate everything from your boat to the island, your arrival and welcome tutorial, to your departure. The rooms are unreal; absolutely stunning. The spa was incredible. The free yoga class was a wonderful benefit. And the included breakfast was amazing. Any time you need to get around the property there is an adorable car to take you. Going off property you can pay for a taxi (a little pricey) or rent your own...

"The property is well situated within the Naiyang beach area. Everything is just a short walk away, including the beach. If you would rather spend time at the pool, you can just hang out at one of the pool areas. The food on the property is convenient, however it is a little expensive, which is to be expected when you stay at a hotel like this one. "Really good experience. Fantastic welcome with ice cream and drink. Really friendly and welcoming staff. Room was great, unfortunately we were given a top floor room as the lift was out of service until Sept 26 but they helped with luggage so was slightly less annoying. Would have been absolute perfect if the lift wasn’t broken"
