"Hotel staff was very professional and helpful. I'm very pleased with my stay and will return. Thank you for making my trip great."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Little Piece of Paradise in Phuket! 🌴🌊🇹🇭 Where do I even begin?! 😍 Ocean Rock Kalim was absolutely AMAZING and one of the highlights of my birthday trip to Thailand! First, THE VIEW! 🌊 The villa offered breathtaking ocean views that pictures simply cannot capture. Waking up to that scenery was an experience all by itself! The villa was beautiful, spacious, extremely clean, and comfortable. Unfortunately, we experienced quite a bit of stormy weather during our stay, but honestly,...

"Nice stay. Clean. Quick response from staff. Good A/C. The only small negative was the inconsistency of hot water delivery from the shower, requiring frequent adjustments."

"Booked the room during low season. As the rate was very low, my expectations were as such. However, the room had a heavy mold/mildew smell. I did not bring this up with the hotel while staying there, I figured that not much could be done about it. Maybe I should have said something. In any case, I would not book this hotel again unless the mold/mildew smell is corrected. The next item would be the small ants in the bathroom. There are clear maintenance needs here. Location wise, it was...

"Where do I start. No hot water or even no water! Cockroaches in shower! Holes in sheets. No shelving for storage. WiFi non existent. Extremely noisy, however it is near a main road with lots of drunken & drug infused people! We were informed breakfast started at 10.00 am, however at 10.15 nothing was open! We were booked in for 3 nights but informed staff we were leaving the next morning. Staff rang manager who promised a 2 night refund once her marketing staff opened the email from Expedia....

"The hotel is very hard to find. The staff were nice but hard to talk to old and ripped bed sheet not always had enough sheet to change the sheets every day old and stained towels. On the plus side what a view from my bed to wake upto.i have paid less for my stay and got water every day not at this hotel.had to ask for basic stuff. "

"Good location. Very cozy and clean penthouse with beautiful view. Perfect place for staying with family. Staff is very friendly and always ready to help. I’ll be back here again for sure!"

"A perfectly run hotel."

"Magnifico. Muy nuevo, habitación grande y totalmente equipada con cama grande, sofá, aire acondicionado, nevera y Cocina incluso. El baño es muy nuevo también con ducha con mampara (en Asia no se estila así) que hace que no se ponga todo perdido de agua. Toallas nuevas todos los días y limpieza de la habitación. Botellas de agua de cortesía cada día. La piscina superior infinita magnífica e increíble. La zona está bien situado a unos 10/15 minutos caminando tranquilamente a las playas de Surin...

"Absolutely amazing. The staff was so kind and the room was breathtaking!"

"Fint værelse . Dejligt rent. Vi fik dog de andre værelser at se, og kunne se at vi havde et gammelt men større værelse en de øvrige . Vi efterspurgte med direkte adgang til pool, men dette var udsolgt. Så vær obs på man får det man har booket . "

"La limpieza y amabilidad del personal muy bien!"

"Very handy quiet location"
