"There were many good things about this hotel: location; cleanliness; price. However, we got locked out of our room when we returned at 10 p.m. because of a problem with the keypad system. So frustrating. To the company's credit, someone answered the customer service number when we called, tried to resolve the problem remotely (didn't work), and sent a caretaker who arrived about a half hour later. "The apartment is not luxurius as the name emplied, but it was clean and comfortable for the most part. My only complaints and reason for the 4 stars are as follows:
1. There is no soap holder in the shower. So you have no place to place this soap, shampoo, etc. Never been to a bathroom like this so showering was very uncomfortable. I felt I was camping when taking a shower.
2. The livingroom has shade as thin as paper. Hence, the moment the sun rises the livingroom lights up as daylight. My...
