"Very clean with some maintenance issues. The dryer did not work, sliding door locks did not work on any of the doors. Piece of ceiling was falling in one of the bedrooms. The worst part was the dryer did not work though. Overall a nice house."

"On our way down, the owner contacted us to tell us that the previous guest had broken the stove. They asked if it was ok to come replace it and they compensated us with lunch for interrupting our visit, which was not necessary, but grateful for the awesome pizza! They are extremely friendly and it was a great location. The kids loved all of the different rooms and especially the loft and balconies. If ever in the Outer Banks again, we will definitely reach out to them."

"Another great OBX stay is in the books! The house was very clean, on a quiet street, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hot tub is awesome, and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck. You can easily walk to a few nearby restaurants and shops! We would stay at the Tropicana Cabana again!"

Sunset Cottage offered exactly the right location for easy water sport access on the Sound side and walking distance to town, beach, or the pier. The perfect size for family. Loved the shady option of the ground level covered deck. All aspects of decor and amenities were covered and Merle was quick to reply to any questions. Thanks for making of family holiday smooth and enjoyable."

"Booking was super easy and communication was friendly. The house was clean, comfortable, well stocked with everything we needed, and conveniently close to the grocery store. The ocean along this particular stretch of beach would be a little rough for young kids to play in but was fine for our group of adults. We had a great time and look forward to a return trip."

"Dolphin Delight did not disappoint. The home was clean and comfortable. The pool, hot tub and game room added even more fun to our OBX activities. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to feed our group. The beach access is just one house away. DD is more than dog friendly. It is dogcentric. The owners thoughtfully provided dog dishes, dog mats and a space specifically for our furry friend’s food and water. The owner was responsive and helpful throughout the process. When we...

"Cozy house for 5 adults, 1 baby and 2 dogs over the weekend. Loved the screen porch and outside deck with crows nest, deck is gated which helped with dogs. Kitchen well stocked. Short walk to beach, coffee shop, and pier. Had to reach out to sun realty for check in info after check in time but responded quickly. Hot water was turned off at breaker but after turning on no issues."

"Property was as advertised. Dining table is a pool table. Flip over top and can play table tennis. Only aspect not appreciated was toilet in Master bedroom has no door. But we knew this going in and managed just fine with the floor plan."

"Little one room apartment that is close to great restaurants, Avon pier and a charge point. Teslas need the IKITS CCS1 Charger Adapter. If you are out playing all day and don’t need a seat with a view - its a great place to sleep make breakfast and go!"
