"Very nicely updated and they did a wonderful job preserving the authentic interior. The bar has a terrific selection and the restaurant menu had something for everyone. It's not a quiet location but that's kind of obvious being at the very center of town. I can imagine during the summer months there would be quite a bit more street noise but the later it got, the quieter it became. "The property is nice and the staff is excellent. The only complaint I have is that Expedia says there is a full size refrigerator and a microwave in the rooms. However there is only a half size refrigerator and no microwave. The staff at the hotel has told Expedia on numerous occasions, but they won’t change it in the description. Also, I was there Sunday through Wednesday and many things are only open Wednesday through Sunday, so I can’t speak on some of the onsite amenities."

"Pros: Room was very clean. Bed was great. Dog friendly. Felt safe. Close to downtown, goo location. Very affordable. Cons: no soap. At all. I asked and was offered dish soap. Glad I had hand sanitizer. Breakfast is mediocre, orange juice was gross.Tv needs an upgrade, picture was terrible. Couldnt close curtains all the way, so i was up when the sun was. Elevators are janky. This place is ok."
