Your home away from home is nestled just a block off the lake, in beautiful Texas Hill Country! Surrounded by mature trees and lush landscape, this home brings you back to nature. With ample parking, you can bring your family and friends, jet skies or boat. As guests, you'll enjoy a short walk or drive to our private 50 acre waterfront park, complete with boat launch, play structures, picnic area, disc golf, and glorious sunsets. Other neighborhood amenities include Point Venture Golf Club and driving range, The Caddy Shack Sports Bar with various scheduled food trucks, Captain Pete's Boathouse marina restaurant, a large Junior Olympics sized pool, full gym, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball courts, and community library.

We offer everything you need to relax on your getaway!

Off our spacious entryway is a King Bedroom and shared half bath.

The downstairs dining and family room are great for gathering around to eat, play games, or watch the big game!

The kitchen is fully equipped with:
-Pots and pans, baking sheets, mixing bowls, cooking utensils, etc.
-4 slot toaster
-2 Way coffee maker, compatible with ground coffee and K-Cups.
- Ninja Blender
- Basic pantry essentials
- 7 Quart Crockpot
- Brita water filter pitcher, and more!

The upstairs loft hosts a foosball table, variety of games, stocked mini-fridge, and ample seating to unwind after a day on the lake.

Off the loft is the second story balcony that's great for watching the sunrise or reading a book while you catch some rays!

The Primary King Room, complete with shower, separate tub, his and hers sinks, and large walk-in closet, Smart TV, and fold out futon for any little ones that might be bunking with mom and dad.

Also upstairs, you'll find the second King bedroom with Smart TV, the double bunk room, and a full shared bathroom.

Reminder: Don't forget to pack your fishing poles and pool toys! It can all be stored in our large garage next to our PING PONG TABLE!

This was the perfect spot for a family. The toddler was very entertained with the toys so thoughtfully provided. My husband and I love the foosball table and kitchen was fantastic to cook in.
You are almost guaranteed to see deer roaming on the front lawn.

House had just about everything we needed. Could not find an iron or ironing board. Everything else was good. One fob was missing to gates so made it a little difficult for everyone to get in and out of lake area since we were in multiple vehicles. Did not realize there was no real shopping areas near. Everything was a 30-40 minute drive away.

We had a very nice 4 day stay at PV. The house is in a great location just a short walk to the lake and the park. And it does look exactly like the on line description. Lots of space for friends and family. Comfortable beds. Kitchen has plenty of dishes,pots, silverware , washer /dryer. One thing to mention if you have toddlers or young children (we did) is there is an open second story loft/landing with a railing all around. We kept the kids downstairs. The owner is very sweet and immediately resolved a little hiccup with the smoke alarms. Check in was a breeze too. All contributed to making our stay very enjoyable.

It's an excellent place for family fun and very peaceful. The home is spacious. I love waking up and seeing so many deer in the driveway every morning. The host answers back quickly.

House was very nice but no kitchen dishcloths to wash dishes, only a very tiny sponge. Icemaker and water dispenser do not work properly. Dishwasher door falls open. The grandchildren loved seeing all the deer, the swimming pool nearby, and the bunk room.

Amazing house. Just perfect for family needs. One room on first floor for Grammy. Kitchen had all we needed to cook for big family. Deer are everywhere in community so kids loved feeding them every morning. Ground are perfect for multiple activities outside including picnic tables, pool, lake for kayaking and boating, gym and eateries. Beds were great and bedding fantastic. Loved it

Great Place and community!

Excellent home! Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Great location and had access to community pool and the nearby beach and kids park. Great place for families and everyone!
