Magnificent estate located in the highly custom section of Austin Hill Country. Enjoy front views of Lake Austin, backs onto the Balcones Canyonland Preserve and is a 2 minute walk from Austin's best hiking trail, soccer fields, tennis courts. 5 incredibly spacious bedrooms, 6100 sq ft of room to relax in comfort. Magnificent outdoor entertaining/TV/pool/ Hot tub area. Full house audio/intercom system that can run off apple media. Gated entry.

This home is is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), family reunions and girls trips!!

To experience the best stay for your group or family please review the rules of this property to ensure this is the best rental for you.

* quiet hours 10pm - 8am, noise should not disturb neighbors. No outdoor music after 10pm.
* no street parking, all vehicles must park in gated courtyard. 3-4 vehicles only.
* no other guest allowed on the property unless arranged with host prior.
* no party or events allowed
* no smoking allowed indoors or outdoors on the property.
* extra fee to heat the pool arranged prior to your stay.

Fantastic location

Our stay was very enjoyable. We enjoyed the property immensely and our experience with the owner was extraordinary, i.e., they bought us an iron at 930 pm because we could not locate one at the house! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Wedding weekend

We had 11 people stay at the house for our off site wedding . There was plenty of room for everyone. The house has everything you need to a wonderful weekend. The host and hostess were very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this home to anyone

The perfect family vacation!

This home was perfect and had everything we needed for a family vacation with our son's and their families. The home was immaculate and provided all of the amenities we needed. The owners were wonderful every step of the way and left no question unanswered. The beds were heavenly, so comfortable! We were able to have our food delivered and put away prior to our arrival. Plenty of room to spread out for privacy. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the kids had an amazing time in the play area and loved all of the games and toys already provided by the owners. We look forward to our trip back to Austin and staying in this amazing home!

Beautiful property

Beautiful house, pool and yard. Owners made it very easy to get into and out of the house. Ample outdoor patio space near a great pool and indoor space for a big group. Location is right in the middle to get to downtown Austin or take a trip to the lake. Would recommend!

My 50th

It was my 50th bday weekend and this house was the perfect place to celebrate. It was beautiful the response time for all questions and issues were quick. I definitely would vacation here again. Thanks Allison for the cookies.

Wonderful family getaway!

This house is SPECTACULAR! We had a wonderful time with our extended family, post-vaccination. The kids had a phenomenal time in the game room and wouldn’t leave it for hours. The entire family loved the pool and outdoor sitting/entertainment spaces. The house is very well maintained and in a great location. The hosts were very approachable and accessible throughout our stay. Would love to visit again!

COVID Spring Break Getaway

We wanted to do something besides stay at home for the grandkids spring break during COVID, so we stayed at home in this beautiful Austin home instead. What a treat! Not only was the house thoughtfully equipped with everything from extensive kitchen ware to lovely bedding but there were also pool toys and a small library of books for the kids. The pool and hot tub, trampoline and climbing gym, game room and outdoor dining area were enjoyed by all. The surrounding neighborhood was safe for walking with the little ones as well as our great grandmother. Beautiful hiking trails and nearby parks were icing on the cake. We would definitely recommend this home.

Bachelorette party

The best getaway ever

First and foremost the owners were WONDERFUL! The communication from start to Finish was unbelievable, and they made sure to have a quick response if anything was needed. The house is beyond beautiful and the BEST vacation getaway I’ve had. My kids loves the pool and hot tub and of course the kids play area was a bonus also. Lovely neighborhood with its own space of comfort and privacy at the same time. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Super Nice & Comfortable Home

We rented this home to have a family reunion and celebrate Father's Day all together. There were 7 adults and 5 kids under the age of 12. The home was super comfortable and had more than enough space for all of us! The kids all thoroughly enjoyed the game room! Fantastic pool and spa and outdoor dining and grilling! Fantastic kitchen that is truly fully stocked with any appliance or utensil you made need. We did lots of cooking!! The family room is large and has the most comfortable couch! We truly enjoyed ourselves and feel right at home. The landlords were very responsive and helpful when we had questions. I highly recommend this home.

Great weekend getaway

The property was perfect for a family getaway to celebrate a special occasion. The house is spacious, nicely furnished, looks just like the pictures, and has a terrific outdoor area. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and made everything easy.

Terrific Thanksgiving retreat
