Day or night, relaxed bar-goers (often with dogs in tow) stroll from bar to food trailer to bar again. This condo puts you steps from Lady Bird Lake, the Ann and Roy Butler Hike and Bike Trail, and the heart of the Rainey Street District, with East Austin, W 6th Street, and South Congress all within a mile or two. Stubb's, Antone's Nightclub, and the Texas Capitol are just over a mile away, while Zilker Park, Barton Springs, and the University of Texas are a short drive across town. Austin-Bergstrom Airport is roughly 9 miles away.
