"The location of the unit is wonderful. For those who want to take Metra - BNSF to Chicago, this is great as it is walking distance to the commuter rail. The host provided snacks which was a great touch after a long drive. The unit had its own HVAC which allowed for a very comfortable stay. Two beds and two full baths along with an adult (not a camping style) kitchen, and shopping and dining all close by made for a wonderful extended stay close to Chicago. Nicely put together!"

"Wonderful hospitality! Denise went out of her way to make sure my visit ran smoothly. She even provided some dog sitter services. She has a lovely backyard in a perfect location to go to the city or enjoy the suburbs. My dog Rousey was welcomed and treated like royalty. My stay was perfect! Her little dogs are precious and made me feel welcome ! I’d stay there again!"

"Very clean for being in the basement. Great for the price we got it at! Felt very safe in it's location within a beautiful neighborhood with sidewalks. Walked to the market apx 15 min walk there. There were a TON of LOUD cicadas which was a little eek but I believe that only happens every 17 years? Would of been nice to have a wall separating unit stays instead of just a door. "Nice apartment. My only complaint was the air conditioner was too small to cool the whole apartment. Back rooms were stuffy."

"The property was clean, nicely decorated and had everything you might need. The kitchen was especially well stocked with appliances, which we didn’t have time to take advantage of! Downtown Geneva and the train are a 5 min drive or 20 min walk - we did both. All in all a lovely visit and we’d stay again!"

"We had a great time in Geneva. Overall the place we stayed was very nicely decorated, comfortable and close to town and the river. The bikes are a nice touch. Two things to be aware of when renting: the owner communicates a lot. There are contracts to sign and lots of back and forth. Way more than any other VRBO I’ve ever stayed at. Tons of rules and reminders of rules. It was a little stressful. The other thing is this is a basement apartment. There is an apartment above and ANY walking around,...
