Guest access
In addition to your own private apartment, you will have access to the front and backyard areas, as well as a dedicated laundry room (shared with other guests). You get full use of the washer/dryer and the detergent is complimentary!
Other things to note
The coffee bar is fully stocked. The coffee maker makes regular carafe coffee, which you would have to bring your own ground coffee for. It also uses Keurig coffee pods, which we provide. The backyard area is unfenced but very large with open space, perfect for short walks. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basic necessary utensils needed to prepare and serve food. Guests have access to a hairdryer, vacuum, iron, ironing board, clothes hangers, and boxed fan.


▪ The property sits on Archer Ave so there will be road noise. The road noise can vary depending on time of day, local events, and season.
▪ The back part of the yard is heavily wooded, so small wild animal sightings can happen (ie. bunnies, coyotes, racoons, bugs, mice, squirrels, toads, etc.).
▪ Our floors may have a bit of character, with some slight dips. Nothing major, but enough that it is noticeable.
