Our 1 bedroom apartment on Princes Wharf is perfectly situated for both business or pleasure travellers and is equipped with all the necessities you may need! This apartment will be a great choice for your stay with a kitchen, Smart TV, and super comfy Super King bed.

The main room of the apartment has a fully functional kitchen with oven, microwave, and dish washer. The living area has a sofa, a smart TV, and a dining table with four chairs. There is also a beautiful balcony with sea wharf views - great for a cup of coffee in the morning!



Please note: there is currently some construction work going on at the building so there may be noise from the nearby generators until 6:30 pm.



Please note that a refundable security deposit (authorised and held by your card provider, not charged to us) is required as part of the booking process.



Kindly note that renovation works will be taking place from May 26 to June 30, 2026. During this period, construction noise may occasionally be heard between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
