"All windows need to be cleaned all carpet needs professional clean or replacing, the main ensuite bathroom cabinets are perishing and the bathrooms need cleaning and wooden floors need cleaning, also the tables need dusting properly. One of the blinds in the main bedroom is faulty. One of the dining chairs is faulty. There was rubbish under a bed. There is only one outdoor chair and no table. Stunning views. Good price point. Carpark nearby. "

"The apartment is very clean and in a great and safe location. Everything you would need in a home away from home was provided, and instructions were very clear. It was easy to walk to the CBD. There are lots of restaurants in the area too. The host was very responsive too. Only cons are 1) The lack of air conditioning. It made for uncomfortable nights.
