To ensure a smooth arrival, we ask all guests to complete a short online pre-check-in form and upload a valid government-issued photo ID before arriving. A private airport transfer can be arranged at additional cost with at least 48 hours notice — your driver can collect the keys and meet you directly at the airport.

The walk to the apartment from the lock box is not far, but no one wants to walk in the city with suitcases!
