Our one bedroom apartment is a true gem, situated on the 12th floor of Spencer on Byron Hotel. Our apartment is self service and check in is through accessing a key card.

Featuring a breath taking view, our tastefully decorated apartment is too good to be missed.

Within walking distance to the shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and beach, our apartment can provide you the luxury of hotel living and the convenience of city life available to you right at your doorstep.

Stand on the balcony as you gaze into beautiful Auckland, admiring the city in all its limelight; feel the ocean breeze brushing against your face as you tower above your surroundings, looking directly at mighty Rangitoto Island.

Be sure to enjoy the premium facilities that Spencer on Byron hotel has to offer, including a fitness center, outdoor heated pool and tennis court, available to your heart's desire.

Our free covered parking means that you are able to explore the best of Takapuna without paying any additional fees.

Equipped with a full kitchen including the stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and a toaster, washing machine and a dryer, this apartment has everything to be your home away from home. Comfortable apartment for two in walkable Auckland neighborhood. Great access to public transportation which was very helpful because we did not rent a car. Lovely views, too. Although the tiny refrigerator didn’t hold much for at-home meal prep, we made do. We appreciated quick and friendly responses from the host prior to arrival and upon departure, as well.
