This beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable apartment boasts a bright living room, a 180-degree balcony, a full kitchen on the 1st floor, 3 separate bedrooms on the upper level: 1 master bedroom with an ensuite, and the other queen bedroom sharing a balcony with outdoor furniture. The 3rd bedroom offers 2 single beds perfectly for families travelling with kids.

The apartment comes with one free on-site garage parking. The height limit is about 1.7M. Only suits small to medium cars. If your car doesn't fit in the free parking, you will need to look at other parking options below.

The apartment includes one free on-site parking space. The height limit is about 1.7M.



The amenities like toilet paper rolls, rubbish bags, dishwasher/laundry capsules… were provided as a welcome package. After using all of them, the guests need to buy some more by themselves depending on their usage. We appreciate your understanding!



The elevator in the building currently is under a weight limit usage of 220kg for each load, which means if you have more people with luggages, you will need to take the elevator separately. Also a planned elevator upgrade work has arranged, it might start from August 2026, but it is only a rough time frame which hasn't confirmed yet, it could be brings early or delay, all depends on the parts shippment and technician work schedule, that means it might out of service while your stay, if you see this notice please keep in mind the elevator could be out of service in anytime while your stay, there will be no separate future notice for guest until the work finished.

Just an update, the elevator upgrade work has started from 6th September which has stopped work already, the work may take about a month time to finish.



This is a well-maintained older apartment that undergoes professional cleaning after each guest check out. While we take good pride in its upkeep, please kindly note that some signs of natural wear and tears are present, rather than the feel of a newly built modern apartment, it won't show on the listing photos.
