Longer Stays:

Stays longer than 14 days require a guest paid refresh clean & linen change on the 14th day and every subsequent 14 days.

Check-In and Check-Out:

- Please provide expected check-in time. Will we do our best to cater to early check-in requests.
- Guests to provide expected check-out time(latest being 10 am) and acknowledge the property will be scheduled for cleaning just after the time they have provided (late check-outs without prior agreement will incur a cleaner turn away charge or a full day rental).
- Guest must view the check-in guide prior to arrival to familiarise themselves with the check-in process.
- Keys must not be collected prior to agreed check-in time and lockboxes(if any) must be left closed and locked.
- Bags or cars must not be stored at the property prior to check-in or after checkout without approval.

During Your Stay:

- Please be considerate of the other residents living in the building by being courteous and keeping the noise down to reasonable levels at all times.
- Please report any breakages or damage sustained to the apartment during your stay as it allows us to repair/replace it in time for the next guests.

The worst location I have ever stayed in.The apartment is tiny, like really tiny. After putting our bags down, there was barely enough room to stand. There is also no seating other than the bed. Walking into the room gives an immediate damp smell, and mold can be seen around the air vent. The location is terrible. The apartment sits meters away from a very busy street and there is no soundproofing. You hear every single car as if you were right next to it at all hours of the night. Being next to a police station also means constant sirens and yelling at all hours.The bed is the worse part. We arrived to dirty sheets with stains and the previous guests hairs all over. Taking off the sheets showed the worst mattress I have ever seen, with all manor of bodily fluid stains. These stains are all over the pillows. The bed frame is not screwed together, the metal has just been placed, so it was constantly falling apart and moving the mattress. I left this apartment with 6 insect bites, more than I have ever gotten in such a short duration.The shower head is broken and shoots water out at every angle, good luck having a relaxing shower.Overall, do not stay at this apartment, it will ruin your holiday. I am shocked that they were comfortable even advertising this location and allowing people to stay. I feel completely ripped off that I had to pay any amount of money for this and will be seeking some sort of refund.
