The Mill District is a lively, fast-growing development with shops and restaurants right on site! It’s also part of the Athens arts district. Please note: the community is located very close to a concrete plant and train tracks, so there may be occasional noise from normal operations, which is part of the area’s industrial character.

The room has a comfy queen-sized bed featuring a Purple mattress and organic Supima cotton sheets. You can enjoy watching your favorite shows and movies from the comfort of your own room on the flat-screen Smart TVs and DirecTV.

You’ll also have dressers where you can unpack your belongings and feel at home, and reading nook where you can curl up with a good book.

The bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo, stocked with fresh towels, luxurious Public Goods toiletries (including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion), and hair dryer.

The apartment is located on the second (top) floor of the building which means you won’t hear anyone stomping around above you, but you will have to climb stairs to get to the unit.

Your safety is important to us. The home has a Ring camera with audio on the exterior only, and it stays on during reservations. It doesn’t face any indoor areas.

Check-in is flexible anytime after 4PM.
