Step into this light filled space which boasts stunning walk in shower, antique brass fixtures, and convenience kitchenette. Thoughtfully designed including heated bathroom tiles. Enjoy the breathtaking views of Grizzly Peak, and the local non-commercial airport. 1 pet welcome with fee. Note that we do not have a fenced yard. (#18-243).

The Space:
We provide a small refrigerator, small sink, electric tea kettle, local coffee, tea, french press, coffee cups, plug in burner, pan, plates and cookwares.

Our patio is seasonal and generally is set up June-October

Guest Access:
Our suite has a separate entrance from the main house with contactless check-in. Please park directly in front of the unit. Signs are clearly posted.

The Neighborhood:
We are conveniently located 1 minute to the freeway entrance (you cannot hear or see the freeway) and adjacent to a large hotel/conference center. There are 4 restaurants right out our back door (okay maybe a few minutes to walk there) and yet we are located on top of a secluded knoll with stunning unobstructed views of the valley. You will feel like you are in the country but only steps away from the action. We are also just a few minutes to Emigrant Lake and 2 miles from a winery!

Other Things to Note:
The suite is 90% detached from the rest of the home (at one point in time it was the garage), with a door that joins the suite to a small mudroom which is then shared with the main house. We have taken lots of extra measures to sound proof this small area. That being said, it is not 100% soundproof (but by golly it's pretty close!) and you may occasionally hear faint sounds of life happening on the other side of the mudroom. You have your own private entrance with a keyless entry.
