Tucked behind Helman House on a quiet, tree-lined street, the Helman House cottages feature everything you need for your Ashland visit.

★SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS★
We can sleep 8 total!

Studio A: King Bed and Queen fold out couch and ensuite bathroom with bathtub
Studio B: King Bed and Queen fold out couch and ensuite bathroom

Each studio has a table for 2 and a kitchenette so each group can go their separate ways for a bite or a morning coffee.

Relax on our sofas and stream your favorite shows on our Smart TVs (Roku). Enjoy access to Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, and Apple TV by simply entering your password. There is a TV in each unit.

Please note that the wall shared by both studios is relatively thin as far as soundproofing. If you’d like, please inquire about other units that may be more sound proof.

★BATHROOMS★
There are 2 full bathrooms one in each studio. Studio A has a bathtub and studio B a shower. Towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided.

★LAUNDRY ROOM★
There is a full sized washer and dryer in the bathroom in studio A!

★PARKING★
There is 1 off street parking space reserved for you behind the front house just steps from your studios as well as ample street parking.

★RESTAURANTS & BARS★
The best of the best on the Ashland Plaza is a 6 minute walk away!

★HEATING & AC★
The studios are each equipped with window units that have both heat and AC.

Other details to note:
For safety, there is a ring doorbell at the front door of each unit. It is active 24/7. Video and sound recording is motion activated. The home is also equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. It is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. Tampering with or disabling the ring doorbell and noise monitoring sensor will immediately cancel the reservation.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
- You will be asked to sign a rental agreement.
- The minimum age to rent is 21
- No smoking
- Garden maintenance occurs on Fridays. Our team ensures the garden remains in excellent condition for your enjoyment.

There is a pet fee of $150 (up to 2 pets)

Cancellation Policy: 50% refund up until 60 days prior to arrival. No refund if cancelled within 60 days.

Unapproved late checkouts will incur an additional charge of $300.

Excellent property, very quiet studios that were easily walkable to downtown restaurants and the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Host was friendly and communicative, no issues at all.

Overall we were very pleased with the rental. The location was especially great, very quick walk to Main Street, OSF, and Lithia Park. The studios are side by side and included 1 parking spot. We had two cars and the other car was parked right out front. We didn't even need our cars most of the time due to the location!The studios themselves were clean, comfortable and well stocked with good towels, space heater (it was a little chilly), and basic kitchen stuff like a coffee maker and silverware for the kitchenette which was great for heating up leftovers.One minor issue, which didn't bother us, was that you can hear the other unit using the shower or sink. But not really much other sound bleed other than that.The rental process was very smooth and the property manager was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again

Last leg of our trip was spent in Ashland and this little rental was great for that. Studio A’s bed was more comfortable and the room was overall more thoroughly cleaned than studio B. Not terrible but, the pull out sofa was too dirty inside to sleep on so my daughter ended up on the cushions, on the floor. The hot water for the showers is not efficient; you cannot have both showers going at the same time and have it be hot. The location was great and the neighborhood was very clean and quiet. Larger vehicles should be prepared to back down or out of the driveway It was a good stay overall for our group.

Loved this place, very nice set up for me and my teenage son and nephews. I took one unit and they took the other. It was perfect to be close enough to them to keep tabs on my teens but didn't have to be right on top of them. I took advantage of the great location to walk into town every morning to get coffee while the kids were sleeping. I went for a long walk in Lithia park a few times also, its so close to this unit. And the boys and I walked into town several times to eat and shop. They walked into town without me a few times also. Ashland feels so safe that I felt totally comfortable letting them be on there own. We also drove up to Mt Ashland to the snow play area and took advantage of the early snow.

Wonderful stay with my adult kids. Such a perfect location to all the action in Ashland, and a bonus being right down the street from My sisters house!!! Super clean, with everything we needed. Sylvie was very accessible as a host via email. Thanks, would definitely stay again!

Everything was easy and this property is located so close to charming downtown Ashland. We very much enjoyed our stay and wish it wasn't just an overnight. Husband wanted to leave a low rating just so we could keep this place our secret getaway. Would definitely rent again from this owner and this property.

Definitely a great place to stay when visiting Ashland! Nothing fancy but a great price, clean and comfortable. The location can’t be beat- walking distance to tons of cute shops/restaurants. We would book it again!

The cottage behind the main house has 2 cozy, quiet studios close to Ashland’s major attractions. They were spacious and private, with everything we needed to feel at home. There’s off-street parking which we appreciated because we were able to walk everywhere. Our host was gracious and available.
