¡Un lugar perfecto para explorar el centro de Asheville! Este hermoso apartamento de dos dormitorios se encuentra en el piso superior de nuestra enorme casa construida en 1920. La ubicación en la planta superior y los árboles circundantes son la razón por la que nuestros huéspedes la han llamado la Casa del Árbol. Un estudio encantador y espacioso es la pieza central de este atractivo espacio.

Si te gusta caminar, puedes llegar al centro cívico para un espectáculo en unos 10 minutos, o caminar al centro en unos 12 a 15 minutos. Hay tres tiendas de comestibles de última generación a unos cinco minutos a pie. Trader Joe's, Harris Teeter y Greenlife Grocery se encuentran en la misma calle. El vecindario de Montford, al otro lado de Broadway, cuenta con hermosas casas y un bonito parque, y el Centro de Visitantes está a poca distancia a pie. Incluso podrías pasear por UNC Asheville si te sientes tan inclinado; Está justo bajando la calle.

El estudio tiene una ventana grande al final, así que tienes mucha luz. Un invitado se quedó alrededor de un mes y lo describió como la sala de yoga perfecta. Un plano de planta abierto te da mucho espacio en la sala de estar.

El dormitorio delantero da a la calle Chestnut y puedes ver algunos de los centros de Asheville desde la ventana. Es una habitación de buen tamaño con pisos de madera noble y una chimenea antigua (está fuera de servicio pero aún así agrega carácter). Hay una cómoda cómoda y un armario para que tengas suficiente espacio para guardar tu ropa. Es muy alegre y brillante. Hay una cama súper cómoda que ha sido descrita por un huésped como "la cama más cómoda en la que he dormido".

La habitación del medio es un poco más pequeña y cuenta con la misma marca de cama. También hay una cómoda y un armario en esta habitación, y la ventana da al patio lateral, al porche de la planta baja y a la calle Fulton abajo.

El baño es amplio y está bien iluminado por una ventana grande y dos lámparas. Tiene una bañera con ducha de azulejos y una cortina de ducha.

Tenga en cuenta que se trata de una casa antigua y que se encuentra en una calle bastante transitada. No hay estacionamiento en la calle, por lo que durante las horas punta puede caminar un poco. Hay muchos pasos para navegar. No hay estufa gracias a las reglas de la ciudad de Asheville. Estas reglas también prohíben el alquiler de casas enteras, y esto es un "alojamiento familiar", lo que significa que vivimos abajo. Este no es el lugar para hospedarse si está buscando algo nuevo y brillante. Esta es una gran casa antigua que estamos restaurando a su antigua gloria, y las mejoras están en curso. Great Location

Check-in couldn't have been easier, there was a key pad at the door that we used all week, no need to mess with a key. The apartment was centrally located, had be been in better shape and inclined (we were 2 70yr ladies) we could have walked everywhere. Felt very safe and the neighborhood was very quiet. Three groceries stories within a block of the apartment. The water temp and pressure in the shower was AMAZING, could have stayed in the shower all day. Would definitely stay at E Chestnut again if ever in Ashville!!!!!!!!!

Spring Break Quick Trip

The Tree House was a perfect spot for our quick mountain getaway. The neighborhood, blooming with so much spring color, reminded us of our beloved Virginia Highlands in ATL with easy walk to all the wonderful restaurants, breweries and shops downtown with the ease of a quick 2 block walk for Chick-fil-a biscuits and 3 grocery options for breakfast/snacks to prep in the cute kitchen. Apartment and house with so much old, quirky charm - even the creaks spoke of its history as you walked the floors (maybe a deterrent to some but part of what we love about old houses). Pups gave a warm, barky greeting upon arrival but were quite the rest of our stay. Pete was an excellent communicator and though we didn't need it, was obviously available should anything arise. Would absolutely stay here again or recommend to others visiting this beautiful little city.

Nice house

Nice house but not clean. Hair in the tub, dishes in the dishwasher, stain on the sheets, dust everywhere, and there were several bugs. But the house was interesting, unique, comfortable and pretty. Certainly not a “treehouse” though.

Unfortunately Hurricane Helene absolutely devastated the area and we were not able to stay at Pete’s property. Pete did graciously offer us a refund along with a free stay. We are thinking of you and your area! Asheville is the best place in the world

Asheville Long Weekend

We stayed at the Treehouse for a 4 day trip to visit Asheville. It was an excellent base of operations for visiting the city. Being able to walk into town from the property was a huge bonus. The bedrooms were comfortable and the rest of the place worked well for us. We had zero problems with on street parking…there was always a space directly across from the property. And, on short notice, we were able to take advantage of a free ticket to Biltmore! I would definitely stay at the Treehouse again.

Cozy and cute in a great location

We loved staying at this property. It’s cozy and rustic and the host was extremely nice and accommodating. It’s a walking distance from downtown Asheville and seemed to be on a really safe and clean street. The living area was perfect, my girlfriend loved waking up in the morning and sit by the big window with her coffee (which the host provided). There are plenty of games in the Vrbo too, which made for entertaining nights for the both of us. We’d like to thank the host Pete for putting so much care into the property and making it feel like home for a couple days.

Wonderful treehouse!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Asheville, and the treehouse made the perfect home base! Excellent location within walking distance of downtown, grocery stores and restaurants. Super quiet at night and we loved the front porch with all the wildlife!

Very old home in old neighborhood that is in transition. Close to grocery stores, downtown Asheville and 5 Points diner. Parking on the street was not as difficult as I expected. Host was very responsive.

Great location. Love the treehouse feel!

Such a cute house and a perfect place for our trip. I took mom and we loved the treehouse feel and that we each had great space in the bedrooms. Excellent location close to it all. It was so nice to have Harris Teeter and Trader Joe's just steps away. Five Points diner is just feet from the house and was also a great breakfast spot. Management was very responsive and even offered a Biltmore discount. It was also a really clean rental. All-in-all... EXCELLENT! There are a lot of stairs, that would be the only downside I saw for some groups. There is no drive, just side-street parking, but we never had any issue finding something closeby.

Love this House and Location

This is a lovely place to stay, very quiet and peaceful with a huge window in the living area that overlooks the tops of trees. It's a very old (1907?) house with the high ceilings and large bedrooms that has been updated and very well maintained. We found it so charming! The temperature of the apartment and mattress/bedding were both very comfortable. There lots of interesting books and games, coffee, creamer, etc. We parked on a side street as the street in front was a bit tight and be prepared for lots of stairs to climb. The location is perfect for us -- close to a very beautiful walking trail that ends at a botanical garden with Harris Teeter/Trader Joe's just up the street a bit. One heads up, the kitchen has a nice dishwasher, microwave, and toaster but no cook stove.

Perfect apartment close to Historic Montford District and DT!

My friend and I were in Asheville for a wedding; I wanted to stay in/near Historic Montford and be able to walk downtown. I came across The Treehouse which was in the perfect location, and it offered my friend and I separate rooms with our own bed which was a bonus as most places within our budget were 1 bedrooms with a sofa sleeper. The apartment had everything we needed for the holiday weekend and was very cozy. So many vintage and charming details too! I even had the pleasure of meeting Pete on our second day, and he was delightful to chat with! The porch was so beautiful and the treetop views from the apartment were lovely. I would certainly stay again!
