"Property is as described, nice quiet neighborhood, close to markets. Clean & provided everything we needed. Really appreciated the use of all the beach chairs and snorkel equipment in various sizes. Definitely had plenty of nice beach and bath towels. Air conditioning in bedrooms worked very well. "

"As scuba divers, the location was awesome. You literally walk across the street and there are palapas to sit under. The turtles are nearby during the mornings (before all the catamarans with tourists arrive which is around 10 a.m.). Can't say enough how great Sam and Robert (our contacts) were. "Great location with a wonderful pool and an elevated area via stairs to view the sunset. Beach towels chairs and cooler for the ocean. Everything you'll need to cook at home and markets nearby for food supply. Clean and in a very safe area. It was only two of us but a family would have plenty of space for a great vacation.Thanks Barbara and Maureen."

"The house was beautiful, spacious, and the outdoor space was amazing with a large patio, pool and covered eating area. The house was located in a great area and was easily accessible to beaches and restaurants. We had a car and easily drove to all our excursions. The host was pleasant and very responsive. "This is a very nice property. One suggestion would be the following: My wife and I have stayed in quite a few villa's throughout the Caribbean. In most all cases, there were 'extras' left behind by previous guests. For example, spices like red pepper or oregano for use in cooking. We often use these types of items and will always leave behind more than we used, but these were not available here. Note that this is a *small* detail, but something to be aware of nonetheless."

It has everything you need--a kitchen, living area with a tv, bathroom with an awesome shower (lights and music...it's like being in a club!), and a cozy bedroom. I stayed in the top unit and loved the small deck off the bedroom and the large deck with a picnic table--both are off the ground and provide a great view. The hosts are awesome and were very communicative! Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a cozy spot to stay...
