The refurbished cosy apartment is suited for 2 people, in the central area of Los Cristianos with stunning sea views from the balcony receiving direct sunlight in the afternoon.

It is completely equipped for a comfortable vacation: bedroom with two single beds, free Wi-Fi, Smart Samsung TV, Air Conditioner, safe deposit box, kitchen utilities and washing machine. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, hair dryer, towels and mats. Fresh bed linens in the bedrooms are provided.

The apartment has been completely refurbished for a comfortable stay. The room offers comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. The beds can be put together to create a queen sized bed.

The dining area is merged with the living room where the Smart TV is located and WiFi access.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooking plate, microwave and mini fridge which also has a small freezer compartment big enough to store ice, frozen food or ice creams. Washing machine is installed in the kitchen as well.

Upon your arrival you will be presented with a Welcome Kit (drinking water, juice, wine, ham and cheese, crackers and sweets).

While the building doesn’t have a dedicated garage, you won’t need one! The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the city, with everything you could need—restaurants, shops, attractions, and the beach—just a short walk away. If you're driving, there are plenty of parking options nearby, so you’ll always have a spot close to the apartment. It’s the perfect blend of convenience, accessibility, and coastal charm!

With the Covid-19 Pandemic evolution the cleaning routine has been enhanced. The apartment receives a thorough disinfection, cleaning and preparation in between the stays.

Available extra service of Satellite Channels (English, German, French or Russian channels). 35 Euro per stay, has to be asked for it in advance.

We provide a baby cot (up to 1,5 years), highchair, baby bath and a changing mat if you arrive with the little one. Free of charge. Please ask for it in advance.

The free WiFi is fast and stable offering a comfortable experience for distance working.
