The Space:

Parque Santiago I 242 - One Bed is a lovely refurbished apartment on this popular complex in Playa de las Americas, Tenerife. The apartment is in a great location as it enjoys fantastic sea and pool views. It is on the 3rd floor, however, there is no lift, so wouldn't be suitable for any guests with walking difficulties. The balcony has a sun awning and if furnished with a patio table and chairs, so a great place for alfresco dining. Patio doors lead back into the lounge which is furnished in a modern style, consisting of a 3-seater sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV with English and international satellite channels, DVD player, wifi internet, long mirror and a dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with a tall fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, oven, 4-ring hob, extractor fan, kettle, toaster and washing machine. Stairs lead upstairs to the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom consists of a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, fitted wardrobes and tall mirror. A door leading from the bedroom leads to a tiny second bedroom which would be suitable for 2 small children. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, double wash hand basins with a large mirror, above, bidet and WC.



Lead guests should be 25 years or older. No groups of all males or all females.



Luggage Storage: There is a place on Parque Santiago II where you can store suitcases. It also has a shower room. It is next to the bank and downstairs near the pool, but on Parque Santiago II not I.
