  • Beautiful designer apartment in an exclusive residential complex with communal pool in Costa del Silencio, Arona. With an exquisite decoration in which every last detail has been taken care of. It is ideal for couples and families, with capacity for 4 people, two spacious bedrooms and a strategic location, close to the most touristic points of the south of the island and at the same time in a very quiet area. Bright, with Wifi Internet, Smart TV and a pleasant terrace where you can relax.

    With a nice decoration, this apartment is ideal for couples, families and friends, with capacity for 4 people, two nice bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two single beds and views to the garden. The spacious living-dining room has an integrated equipped kitchen and direct access to the flat's terrace, where you can disconnect and relax in a pleasant environment. With a bathroom, Smart TV, Wifi Internet and all the necessary amenities. Located in an exclusive residential complex with two swimming pools, one of them for children and spacious communal areas. With numerous sunbeds to relax and sunbathe in an unbeatable location with beautiful views.Very good location, in a quiet area, but only a few minutes drive from the beach, restaurants and the main points of interest in the south of the island.

    The property has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge and microwave, living room, terrace, hairdryer, iron, Wifi Internet, Smart TV, bed linen and towels, cot and high chair. It also has a swimming pool and solarium in the residential complex in which it is located.


    Due to the dearth of water in the region where the property is situated, the water company has indicated that there may be sporadic nighttime water disruptions without prior notification.
    We regret any inconvenience this may cause. Home2Book is not involved in this decision and is not responsible for the solution.

    Check-in after 10 p.m. incurs an additional charge, which varies depending on the time of arrival.

    On 24 and 31 December, there will be a €15 surcharge for check-in between 8 pm and 10 pm.

Schlimm! Vier Wochen gebucht. Nach einem Tag abgebrochen.Als exklusive Anlage beschrieben aber Katastrophe. Einigung mit Vermieter nicht möglich.Der Rechtsanwalt hat die Sache übernommen.

Lovely apartment in great location

It is a lovely, little apartment that is very well located in Costa del Silencio. It was clean and bright and we loved the terrace. The residential block is quite and absolutely safe, we left the windows open for the night. We loved the fact that it is on the first floor and it has amazing views of Mt. Teide from the twin room. Shops, great restaurants and bakeries are only a short stroll away. The bathroom is quite small, especially for 4 people but the shower over the bath is very good. The pool is a bit small but it was only crowded at the weekends. Overall, as a family of 4, we had a pleasant stay in Whitewood Apartment. Make the property completely insect free. There were many little ants all over the apartment.

Muy bonita casa cerca de Montaña Amarilla

Tiene una decoración ideal donde nos sentimos muy a gusto nuestra familia y yo, nos sentimos muy cómodos y disfrutamos mucho de nuestras vacaciones y de la piscina comunitaria. Home2Book estuvo pendiente en todo momento, 100% recomendable!
