Attractive apartment with sea views in Parque Santiago 2

The cozy apartment is located in the very popular, centrally located Parque Santiago II complex, directly by the sea and on the wonderful beach of Las Americas. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the beach promenade, the mountains and the sea that is within your reach. The apartment is fully equipped, bed linen and towels are provided and final cleaning is included in the price.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms (one with a free safe), a bathroom and a living / dining room with adjoining American kitchen, which has an electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. A satellite flat screen TV and a radio incl. CD / MP3 players provide entertainment. Furthermore, free WiFi is available in the entire complex, as well as a private one in the apartment.
You can enjoy breakfast on the sunny balcony and evenings invite you to a cozy sundowner.
If it should be fresher, you also have enough space in the dining area for up to 5 people (including a high chair).
The bathroom has a spacious shower with glass shower partition and is also suitable for people with reduced mobility thanks to its flat shower tray.
The apartment is ideal for a bathing and beach vacation but also ideal for a long-term vacation.
In the complex there is a supermarket (here you can only recommend the delicious, freshly baked bread rolls for breakfast), bank, ATM, various restaurants, hairdresser, massage parlor, surf school and much more.
The poolside snack bar invites you in the morning from 9:00 am for breakfast and until 6:00 pm for cool drinks and a delicious snack. Beach chairs, cushions and parasols by the pool are available for a fee.

The "Golden Mile" with its numerous shops is also within easy walking distance and invites you to stroll in the evening.

The total price shown includes the laundry package and final cleaning.

On request, we can provide a cot with accessories (sleeping bag, sheets, towels) for a small fee.

Excellent central location.

Perfect location

Great apartment a little dated but very clean and big enough for my family, the only downside was the fridge freezer on the balcony didn’t work so if your are looking to do self carting in my opinion the fridge is not big enough. The host were quick to answer any questions and to fix any problems as they arrived. Would definitely stay again.

Overall experience

The apartment had everything you need but it is in need of modernisation. All the pine furniture and there was only a small fridge so you couldn’t stock up and we were there for a month. There was a large fridge/freezer on the balcony that no longer worked. However we did have a lovely time there and the pool area is really nice and a few steps to the front.

Ho trovato questo appartamento per caso e si è rivelato un vero gioiellino, vicino al mare e a tutti i servizi che servono. Pulizia dell’appartamento veramente ottima, la piscina molto bella e poi poter vedere l’oceano dal balcone è stato veramente molto piacevole. In conclusione ottimo soggiorno ci tornei molto volentieri!!

1 Stern ausreichend!

Für das Sicherheitstor war kein Schlüssel vorhanden. Daher waren wir beim betreten des Objekts auf nachbarliche Hilfe angewiesen. Complex Concierge Services war nicht unter der angegebenen Tel NR: (0034) 619 736 063 erreichbar. Der Balkon wurde von uns verdreckt vorgefungen. Asche und Zigarettenkippen auf Boden und Tischdecke. Der wöchentliche Wäschewechsel - wie angekündigt - hat zu keinem Zeitpunkt stattgefunden.

Perfekte Lage!

Wir, 2 Ehepaare 50 + , waren mit der Unterkunft und der Anlage sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist optimal und sehr zentral, wenn man abends auch ausgehen moechte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war auch sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Von uns eine klare Weiterempfehlung! Ein Dankeschoen an Thomas!

The apartment was very clean and in a good position with ample equipment. I found getting in and out of the resort sometimes difficult the gates were not always easy to open. The one negative was we were not informed the swimming pool was being renovated and out of use. It was only on our 2nd to last day another guest informed us we could use the pool at the sister apartments. Overall a good holiday.

Parque Santiago 2 Excellent Apartment

I stayed in this apartment for a week in March 2022 with my sister. The apartment was well equipped with everything you might need for a holiday. It is in a great position for the beach, shops and bars. There are sun beds, mattresses and parasols available for hire by the pool but no towels although they are very reasonable to buy.

Un peu déçu dans l’ensemble. A notre arrivée ,pas de clé dans la boîte ,attente de 30 mn après plusieurs messages . Le logement un peu humide et odeurs d’égout dans la salle de bain et manque de lumière Salle de bain à besoin d’un bon nettoyage ,joint jaunis. Manque de faïence dans un coin de la cuisine . Le logement manque de modernité . Salon ,manque d’espace. Vu le tarif ,le propriétaire pourrait faire des efforts .

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Strände

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön, gut ausgestattet, geräumig und gemütlich. Die Lage nur wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt ist ideal, der Gebäudekomplex angenehm, Pool und Poolbar schön. Der Ort ist extrem touristisch, die Gastronomie stark am englischen Publikum ausgerichtet. Wenn man sich aber darauf einlässt, Geheimtipps sucht und ansonsten das Meer, die Promenade und die sehr schönen Strände in Richtung Los Christianos genießt, kann man einen tollen und erholsamen Urlaub - gerade auch mit Kleinkindern - verbringen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
